Because of her background, Taylor Eblen is not the standard production coordinator. In addition to her attention to detail, her uncanny ability to focus and the leadership skills that went into managing the day-to-day activities of a hit film composer and a team of 11 at her most recent job, she is also extremely creative.

With a Master’s Degree in music education, Taylor is able to bring a rare knowledge of music and interpersonal skills into her music production lead and publishing work. Her employment with 14th Street Music for renowned Lorne Balfe included such projects as Gran Turismo for Sony Pictures and as Music Production Lead for Netflix’s Life on Our Planet where Taylor was Executive Music Producer for Main Theme (vinyl).

Liaising with record companies, attorneys, managers and booking musicians at some of the most notable studios such as Abbey Road, Air Studios, Royal Albert Hall and Vienna Synchron Stage were all part of her daily schedule.

Recently Taylor enjoyed a job as Associate Sound Designer at New York’s A24’s Cherry Lane Theatre on the production You Got Older.

It’s worth mentioning that once she decides she wants to do something, look out. Fierce determination is one of her qualities that took hold when she found an old Minolta Camera in a closet and decided she was going to learn how to shoot with film. Fast forward and Village Studios posted one of her photos on their Instagram and then Mix Magazine, one of the biggest sound recording publications used three of her photos in one of their features about a mixing engineer who had asked her to take some shots.
